One of the most critical requirement of our business is the need for Dies, Tools and metal inserts for the Rubber Products manufactured by us. Ashutosh Tool Room Pvt. Ltd. is a company under the same management with most modern facility for CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling, Shaping, Grinding, Planning, solely dedicated to the Dies, Tools, Metal inserts and maintenance needs of the company. This ensures quick service and better quality control for the final product manufactured by the company.

The company has a modern office setup with all the state of the facilities including the well equipped area for Directors and staff, Sample Store Room and fully equipped Conference Room.

Our company maintains a rich library of books and is a subscriber to latest journals in hard copy and E-Mail based newsletter on Rubber Technology keeping the personnel in the company updated about the latest developments in the world of Rubber.

The factory is spread across an area of more than 20,000 sq. ft.. Different divisions of the factory are computerized and are connected with a Local Area Network (LAN) for seamless exchange of data and information.

Company has a landscaped garden with more than 1000 trees making the environment in and around the factory soothing.

The company has a fully equipped administrative office in the business area of the city to take care of the administrative and management needs of the company. The company has its own quarters for its worker nearby the factory which provides comfort of operation of running the plant round the clock.
