Production process
All the Raw Materials received by our company are subject to chemical and physical test and weighed immediately on receipt only thereafter they are taken in the stock.
The batches for mixing the Raw Materials are weighed electronically so that precise quantities are supplied for mixing. Our company uses Dispersion Kneader and Mixing Mills to ensure, the required quality of the rubber compound, to be used in the manufacturing process.
The rubber compound is then tested in Rheometer for its curing characteristics and other physical testing are also carried out. There after it goes for the Moulding Process.
We have adopted modern PLC controlled Vacuum Moulding manufacturing process in manufacturing critical Rubber Parts, which assures excellent flawless quality.
We use specialized machines to finish the Rubber Parts and each and every part manufactured is physically checked to ensure that the Rubber Parts delivered is an absolute zero defect lot.
Rubber Parts made are stored in a separate storage area to protect the same from ultraviolet rays and dusting.
We have as a part of our group a separate company which specializes in making precise quality tools, dies and moulds, which are important for quality of the finished product.
The said separate company also takes care of all the activities of the need for metal inserts and other tool room related needs of our company.
Quality Control
Our company has a full fledged in-house physical testing & chemical analysis laboratory which carries out all the important tests required during the process of manufacturing rubber parts and also on the finished products so as to assure the quality of the final output. We carry out all the critical tests at various stages of production right from the approval of Raw Material, quality of Rubber Compound, and finally to the Rubber Moulded Product.
The equipments in the laboratory include Tensile Testing Machine, Profile Projector, Oscillating disc Rheometer, DIN- type Abression Tester.
